Denvio is a money app that pays you up to two days early. We designed its website, its web app and its mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Denvio pays people up to two days early, but its perks were hard to find. The brief was a website, web app and mobile app that work as one.

Web app screens: eleven pages and the dashboard in five versions.

Phone screens: thirteen main screens and nine variations such as empty, loading and error.

Named parts across the web kit and the phone kit.

In a workshop with the Denvio team, we mapped the flows for signing up, getting paid and sending money. Two design rounds on one shared design system followed, so every surface uses the same parts.
We picked the one promise Denvio keeps: you get paid up to two days early. Three features and three steps back it up. We drew a light hero and a dark one. The page uses the dark hero with the cards from the light one.

The dashboard starts with how you are doing this month. Income, spending and savings sit in three cards at the top. A new account sees empty states that say what to do next. Eleven more screens use the same parts.

The phone app covers what people do every day: check the balance, send money, add a card. Four tabs run along the bottom, a transfer takes four steps, and the empty, loading and error moments have screens of their own.

A web kit and a phone kit share the same colors and type and hold more than 150 named parts. On the phone, text is 12 px or larger, tap targets are 44 px or larger, and form fields have a label and an error state.
