1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
Webus Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Webus", "we", "us") is a design and development agency based at A-10 Vishwakarma Colony, MB Road, New Delhi 110044, India.
This policy covers personal information handled through the Webus website at www.webus.in, including its enquiry and Careers application forms.

2. INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
When you use an enquiry form, we receive your name and email address. The full contact form may also collect a company name, information about your workflow or project, and a budget that you choose to provide.
When you apply for a role, we receive your name, email address, portfolio link, selected role, uploaded CV, and any introduction you choose to provide. CV uploads are limited to PDF, DOC, and DOCX files no larger than 5 MB. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or application and do not include passwords, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information.
Your CV is uploaded to private Vercel Blob storage in Vercel's Mumbai, India region. Web3Forms receives a time-limited download link, rather than the CV file itself, and sends that link with the application notification to our Microsoft 365 inbox. The link includes your CV's original file name. Anyone who has a valid link can download the CV until the link expires, so we treat the link as confidential.
We use enquiry information to respond to you and discuss a possible project. We use application information to assess your suitability for the selected role and communicate with you about that application.
This website and its forms are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please do not send us your personal information.
3. WEBSITE USAGE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions with this website. Its default collection can include pages viewed, session information, approximate location, and browser and device information. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including a pseudonymous client identifier, to distinguish users and sessions. Google states that it receives an IP address during collection, uses it for routing and approximate location, and discards it before the address is logged.
After a successful enquiry or application, the website sends Google Analytics an event containing the form or role identifier. These custom events do not include the name, email address, CV link, or message entered in the form.
Google Analytics currently loads when a page loads. This website does not currently provide an analytics consent control. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking cookies does not necessarily prevent all analytics data from being sent. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits.
Our hosting, form, and anti-spam providers also process request information needed to serve the website, process forms, diagnose faults, and reduce spam or abuse. Depending on the provider, this can include an IP address, date and time, browser or device information, requested pages, referral information, and interaction signals.
To limit repeated upload attempts, the CV upload service keeps a hashed form of your IP address in its short-term memory. The hash is used to count attempts within a 10-minute window and is not written to storage.
4. PROVIDERS WE USE
Vercel hosts this website and its Careers upload service, processes requests to those services, and stores uploaded CVs in private Vercel Blob storage. Vercel privacy notice
Web3Forms processes enquiry and Careers form submissions and sends notifications to our inbox. Its current policy says submission data may be retained for up to three years, or a shorter plan period, unless deleted earlier. It also says a submitter's IP address and email address may be sent to CleanTalk and Akismet for spam checks. Web3Forms privacy policy
hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, loads when a form on the page comes into view or is used, and checks form interactions for spam and automated use. It may process technical and interaction information such as IP address, browser or device information, mouse movements, scrolling, keypresses, touch events, and answers to verification prompts. hCaptcha may also set its own cookies or use browser storage while it runs. These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy notices describe their processing, retention, and transfer arrangements.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
Our policy is to remove enquiry emails from our inbox 12 months after the last contact about that enquiry. This is a manual business process, not an automatic Microsoft 365 deletion rule.
Our policy is to remove recruitment application emails and CV copies downloaded by our team 90 days after a hiring decision. This is also a manual business process. We do not keep unsuccessful applications for possible future roles.
CV download links expire no later than 90 days after the original upload. A daily automated cleanup normally removes uploaded CV files on its next successful run once they reach the retention period, which is no later than 90 days after upload. The same automated cleanup removes, after the same period, CV files that were uploaded but never sent with a completed application. This upload-based period is separate from the 90-day period after a hiring decision for application emails and copies already downloaded by our team.
Web3Forms keeps a separate provider-side copy of form submissions. Its policy and the current account setting allow retention for up to three years unless the submission is deleted earlier. Deleting an email or CV from our own systems does not by itself delete Web3Forms' copy.
Google Analytics keeps user-level and event-level information according to the retention setting configured in our Analytics property. That setting does not control standard aggregated reports. Other providers may retain service records under their own policies.
We may keep specific information longer where required by law.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND GRIEVANCES
You can ask us to:

Withdraw any consent you have given us, at any time
Let another person use these rights for you if you die or can no longer act for yourself
To make a request, email hi@webus.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Whether a request can be fulfilled, and any exceptions, depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, contact our Grievance Officer, Murari J, at hi@webus.in or write to Webus Solutions Pvt Ltd, A-10 Vishwakarma Colony, MB Road, New Delhi 110044, India. We will respond within one month of receiving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. SECURITY AND EXTERNAL LINKS
The website and form service use HTTPS. Careers CVs are stored in private Vercel Blob storage and served through a time-limited link. No online service can eliminate every security risk, so please do not submit information that is unnecessary for your enquiry or application.
Apart from the providers listed in section 4, this website does not load scripts or content from other companies. It links to our social media profiles, client and portfolio sites, and other external services. Those services have their own privacy practices, and their policies apply when you visit them.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when this website or our information practices change. The latest version and update date will appear on this page.
