Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role
You will own product work end to end, from early research and flows through to polished interfaces and delivery. You will work with three or four people, not a committee, so the work you ship stays yours. You will sit close to the engineers who build it, and to the people who end up using what you make.
What you'll do
- Shape journeys, flows and prototypes.
- Design accessible interfaces that hold up in use.
- Build and evolve reusable design systems.
- Partner with engineers to ship the details.
- Run user sessions and act on what you hear.
- Write down the reasoning behind each decision.
What you'll bring
